I have a signed contract for 695.00 through summit transport group, when arranging drop off with the transport I was notified my COD due at arrival was 1000. I was in a hurry to have my car shipped as it was a last minute decision. After the headache of working with a company who had no clue where they were standing I got a call from a Rep named David at South Beach Transport. I was a bit nervous , but he explained everything and within hours found me a driver. David called just at the right time.

This was my first time shipping a car and I had the best experience. I was really skeptical coming into this whole thing because of all the horror stories I read online. I made sure I did all my research and decided to go with Mario at Navy Auto. Mario did a great job in explaining how the process works. I was never charged upfront which was a huge deal! I will definitely be using Mario again in the near future.

Brandon was very patient and informative, he did not give me the run around and did what he said e would for the price he quoted me. My vehicle was late, yes, but it was only due to some bad weather in Wyoming, and my driver actually took shelter for a couple of days to protect the vehicles and guarantee a safe transport. Both times I used Lightning Auto I had specific requests of times for pick up and delivery, these requests were granted each time.
