Ship a Car Direct

leaving the military is difficult and there are too many things to think and worry about. Moving my car home was constantly on my mind, however this company helped me put those worries at ease! Quick and prompt help! They stayed on top of everything and were constantly keeping me updated throughout the whole process. After the car arrived they contacted me promptly and help finish off the process. Will do business…

My experience with Ship a Car Direct was great. Even though there was a huge blizzard in the East Coast which immobilized the area around my residence, Matt from Ship a Car Direct was able to assign me to a driver before I flew. The driver assigned to me was really nice, his timing was perfect, and he updated his location status before pickup and delivery accurately. My car was delivered in the same condition as I…

Needed to transport my vehicle from BMW 325i from Florida to Texas, was searching high and low for a vehicle transport. Until I found Ship a Car Direct. I sent in my request via their website and received the quotation immediately the next day. Emily was very helpful along the way, providing information and answers to all my questions, and at the same time dropping me emails to the links of the videos the company…

I contacted David from ShipACarDirect to transport my vehicle from the Dallas, TX area to the Seattle, WA area. He was very prompt in his response and provided weekly updates on carrier assignment. The carrier assigned was NW Express Trucking and their service was satisfactory. The driver was prompt in answering calls and gave me an advance notice before delivery. There were no dents on the car. Overall, I'm…

Kay, from Ship a Car Direct, provided excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car was picked up by Kem, from Comic Transportation, and I always had direct communication with him. He responded to my questions very quickly. This was my first time having to ship my car and would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to have their car hauled.

This service was fast, relaible and honest. Timing was accurate and everything rolled as planned and I received the car just in 3 days, much better than expected and than other agencies who gave me a range of 5-8 days. The service was not the cheapest of all I compared but compared to my other 2 past experineces, it was accurate, reliable, easy and trustable. It worth the extra bucks for the stress free and good…

From the first phone call to ship a car direct and speaking with David, who set everything up and explained everything to me, things went very smoothly. Once we started the contract with ship a car direct it only took one day to find a driver, and the driver was able to pick up the car the day after that. I thought I must be dreaming, but I wasn't. The driver was so very nice and professional, I had no fear of…

Our experience with Ship A Car Direct' service has been excellent. From making the initial request for a quote, all the way down to the actual delivery of the vehicle, Gaby (our contact person) was very helpful and professional. Considering this was the first time we're moving a vehicle, let alone from coast to coast, she provided all the information we needed. Gaby made sure our schedule was met and kept us updated…

I have used Matt a few times now for shipping cars. This time went as smooth as ever. Quick pickup. No damages. Drivers were pleasant. I could not be happier with the service and will most certainly use them again. Matt knows what he is doing and is helpful.

SHIP A CAR DIRECT and the carrier they found are both excellent. SHIP A CAR DIRECT found a carrier in my first available day. The driver also picked up my car in my second available day and delivery my car on time without any damage. (5 days from Indiana to Oregon) Next time I will definitely choose SHIP A CAR DIRECT again!

I had my car shipped through these guys recently. At first, I was scared from the horror stories regarding shipping companies. I made sure to look through a review website (yelp) to find the most reputable place. The correspondence was excellent and Dale was on top of everything in terms of e-mails and advice. He was able to return all my questions. The person who picked up my car was very nice and put me at ease…

The process from start to finish was very fast. I obtained a quote online and was then contacted my someone over email about my request. Once I put the official request in (you don't pay yet... first step is requesting the pick-up date and info along with delivery address, etc.), I didn't hear back from Ship-a-car for the rest of the day. To my surprise, the shipping company that "took" my request from Ship-a-car…

From the very beginning of this process the prompt and clear communication with Tom made this company stand out. He stayed in contact with us as our pick up date approached and was quick to ease concerns and answer questions. The car was picked up a day after the pickup date but arrived at the destination much faster than expected. Everything was clear and easy and the communication continued throughout the whole…

I had extremely pleasant interaction with Matt all throughout the placing order, locking the carrier and picking up process. Matt stands out among the rest in the way he does business, he ll win your respect by handling every aspect of interaction with lots of personal integrity and high work ethics, as opposed to cheap sales manipulation techniques so frequently used by others in moving business. Matt is true to…
