It was a pleasure to work with Jim Gozde. He was courteous, honest and even gave me a discount when I asked him to lower my bill. Overall he made the moving smooth and minimized the hassle that usually come comes with it.
Ship a Car Direct provide good service, fast response, and taking care of the details of shipping car. Pick up time is fast, the shipping time is very accurate, and my car didn't have any problem. David is a responsible agent that I would recommend.
If you plan to ship your vehicle, PLEASE request Jay Rappaport. He's absolutely amazing. He assisted me every step of the way. I swear, he literally lost sleep helping me ship my vehicle, that's how serious he took his job. He's a very hard worker and will ensure that your vehicle is shipped to your liking and within your time frame. I called him desperately hoping to ship my vehicle with such a short notice. He…
Ken Davis did an excellent job of understanding our requirements and since it was a time sensitive shipment, he promptly scheduled the transport. I would definitely use their service and recommend them to others. Thanks! Sid
These guys were great! They fit me in the most convenient day when all the other shops I called told me it would be up to 14 days before they could look at my car. They were friendly, explained all the issues clearly, and were not at all pushy. I also really appreciated that they were honest about the transport dates could move anytime unexpectedly. At least so, these guy let me know ahead of time..
Delivery and pick up was exactly as promised. Contact with the driver was prompt and easy. Great experience.
Erika at Titan National Transport was very helpful and upfront with getting my vehicle shipped. I had never shipped a vehicle prior to this and was apprehensive of many of the shippers that had contacted me. It was nice to have a friendly voice on the phone and she seemed to truly care about my car and my experience. The shipper (S Line Transportation LLC) kept me in posted as to when he would be arriving. The car…
I had scheduled a pick up with another transporter, but at the last minute after calling and calling was told that it wan't going to happen. My friend contacted Ship a Car Direct and was told that someone would contact me the next day. Dale called the next morning and from there I had nothing but excellent customer service. He was very prompt and efficient to keeping me informed and following up with me. I was…
Steven Ashley was very professional, honest, and hard working. I would recommend in a heartbeat. My car was just as I had left it- mint condition!
Start to finish Alan Ortega handled my transport flawlessly. I was nervous getting my vehicle shipped, and at times I was overly anxious, Alan reassured me and kept a keen eye on the transport.
I was a little skeptical at first, using this company and going through Lance. But he answered all my questions. I called him literally like 4 times and he was super patient with me. The price I paid was decent and appropriate. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Lance.
I drive a classic BMW that means the world to me. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not as knowledgeable about how thing in auto transport works - which puts me in a vulnerable position when dealing w/ new the people in this company. But Tim and Emily are the ones I talked to. They explained to me everything and settled the transaction for good. My car was transported last February and everything went well so…
We were looking for a carrier that w could trust to bring our 4-tuner from San Diego to Virginia. We called lance cause we had shipped out car successfully with him 3 years prior. I was very adamant that we have 1-2 day window that we could ship the car as we were transferring out of the country. He reassured me several times that the car would ship on one of those days. Thank Lance for making us feel comfortable…
Took about 10 days to get a Honda Civic from LA to Philadelphia. Car arrived with no damages. Overall, the service was good.
Lance was very helpful and patience since we had to make some changes. He was very professional and the only reason I went with your company was because he was honest and took the time to explain the shipping process.
Excellent response time, excellent price. Driver was a poor judge of the drive time from Sacramento, CA to Portland, OR (Quoted 7 hours). However drivers were very professional and friendly.
Lance was great, very helpful and the car arrived with no issues. I would use them again but would probably shop around for a better price. One suggestion, why the need to ask for a review over and over with emails. I gave you my business and that to me is sufficient. A review should be forced upon me. I trust you can see my point of view. Thank you
I have been dealing with Tom at Ship a Car Direct for many years now and continue to be impressed with his service. I am always kept informed about the status of my shipment and he is well informed about current market pricing. Ship a Car Direct has always provided reliable shipping companies. I believe I have used Tom about 10 times since my first shipment and each and everyone went without a glitch.
customer was excellent on time for pick up. also the company follow up with me with the whole process.
Angel's moving autos was very thorough. Miranda, form the office, made sure to check in and follow up during every step to make sure the car was picked up on time. Then after it was picked up, called to make sure the experience went without a hitch. Great customer service!
