They picked up the car late, but were very accommodating when a friend surrendered the keys. I received updates throughout the transit and it arrived on time at a convenient location in the same condition it was surrendered.
The vehicle was picked up very soon after it was ready to be picked up. It was promptly transported to its destination and delivered. I was kept apprised as to what was happening with my new car and informed of the delivery date and time. Everything occurred as it was described, almost like clockwork. It was good we can use they deleivered as promised. CAR was little dirty it was due to rain and other things but over all they delivered the car without any damage.
