Leo called, texted & emailed me constantly. As soon as he convinced me to use Southbeach Transport & collected my debit card information, he got ghost. My card was charged immediately (not after the vehicle was delivered as promised). The driver took a couple more days than he (the driver) said it would take. The car was picked up on Mon & promised to be delivered by Tues evening. The car arrived Thurs.
Shipped many times with this company. Their carriers are large shipping trucks. Skilled and professional loaders. On time delivery and drop off. Alan Ortego recommended.
I had been working with another company and after 12 days they had nothing. I wen back out on to the net and got flooded again with emails.. All of them were telling me the same low prices that were not working. The only person who explained to me what was happening was Nicole. My bosses were not happy campers but after 3 days of talking, we got them to agree to what she recommended. Once I pulled the trigger on the…
I looked at couple of transport companies for moving my car from Virginia to California for my brother. Hector with All Terrain Logistics handled the coordination and scheduling of the shipment of my car with Cypress Auto Shipping Inc. and it was picked up right on the next day by the assigned transporter, Andy. He was very good in communicating times for pickup and delivery of the car and thoroughly inspected the…
Katrina with South Beach was Fantastic!! Rus the Driver was professional! Everyone involved stayed in contact with me daily!! I could not have asked for a better team!! The price was the most competitive around! Great job EVERYONE!!
On a scale of 1-5, I give Gary and his team a 10. Thank you for first class service.
I bought a SUV from a friend in New York. This friend works in financing and has very little free time. Since he was helping me with the price, I figured I wouldn't burden him with transporting the car to me. Thank God I chose Alex from South Beach Transport. He explained the whole process in detail. Not only was mar car picked up and delivered on time, I didn't have to hassle my friend for anything. They key was…
I had an older model VW van transported from So. California to. Palm Beach Fl. Alan Ortega worked with me during the whole process and I could not be happier with him. Excellent customer service, informative, professional and when I needed docs of transport for DMV in California I called Alan and he emailed everything I needed quickly and this was 18 months after the original transport. He really went out of his way…
Shipped our 2008 Honda Accord coast to coast, and the car was delivered 1 day early, without a hitch. Would recommend! In general the driver stayed in good contact before and during pickup, and he was clean and efficient. My only hesitancy involved dropoff time and communication - I needed to reach out to my customer service representative before pickup because I hadn't yet received the exact date and time regarding…
Alan Ortega was super helpful! He explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions promptly. The car arrived in perfect condition.
i bought a van from a place that was just east of Atlanta. I had a broker try for 2 weeks to get it moved. I was so ticked off that I started to surf the net for another solution. I stumbled across Nicole's number on the net. She gave me a price that I really thought was too high ( well compared to what the other guy had told me) She took time to explain the location and what a trucker would have to do to get to it…
I sell and ship cars across the country. I do this to feed my family. Needless to say, I've encountered several transport agencies. II'm so greatful for the day Alex with South Beach Transport called me. They're service is so reliable, I can't imagine possibly using someone else to transport cars to my customers. I highly recommend Alex if you happen to need to transport your vehicle. You can reach them at…
This Transport company deserves an AAA++ rating. It was a real job and please to work with them I would recommend this transport company to anyone who wants the job done and done right.
I had search many other companies and didn't get the same attention and honestly as South Beach Transport. Rene Anthony was over the top in explaining everything and made me feel confidence . I highly recommend them
Bent the rim on my car causing tire to go flat. Then unloaded my car with the flat tire and did damage to the underneath of the car & the exhaust. Refused to do anything. Driver kept saying it wasn't his fault. All employees were very rude and ignorant. STAY AWAY!!!
Geoffrey was nice and professional. He had the transportation company lined up within hours after I gave him the go-ahead. The vehicle was delivered 3 days late, but it was in good condition and the driver kept me informed of the delay. The odometer reading was identical to the reading at pick-up time. They were not the cheapest, but they provided good service. Especially, they provided a good driver. I would use…
Bill Avrich is the man to talk to about transporting your car. He's been in the business forever and he's picky about getting you the right people to do the transport. I can't say enough about this. Bill knows what you need to ensure that you get a quick and safe transport for a reasonable price. He follows up with you and makes sure that you're happy with everything that's going on. He makes sure that you get to…
My experience with BKK TRANSPORT was overall good.No complains .I had to move my car from il to tx and they were closed to my house and car was picked up with no delay .At delivery location my friend said that driver came to his house to deliver the car instead of delivering to my place that told them when I booked shipping.I will use them again
Rose was pleasent and provided great customer service. Their price was also ubeatable. Overall, RNR Logistics was Prompt, professional and affordable. Highly recommend
Angels Moving Autos are the very best I have ever dealt with, they keep me informed with text and calls along the way and never leave anything up to guessing where the transporter may be. I don't have to talk to drivers, they do that for me!
