This transport was arranged by a HIGH end auto dealer. Car was in MINT showroom condition at pickup to include repainted and clear coated wheels with zero miles. Car arrived in deplorable condition. I expected it to be dirty from an open carrier, but I did not expect it to be covered in diesel soot and fuel oil. Shawn called to pick up a listing I had, which I dispatched to CRC. After just sitting in the cue all day I contact Shawn to make sure he was accepting. Alex said he would accept it shortly. The next day when load was still not accepted I called to make sure they were still picking up. Nelson was 1st to contact and explained entire process as I never shipped. When I called him to say it was a "go", he worked fast and gave honest answer. Next day shipper called to arrange transport. Process so easy I would use them again. .
Nadia lied to me for 4 days. Assured me vehicles were picked up on Monday and was broke down in Texas Tuesday and Wednesday. Auction house called THURSDAY to let us know they were finally picking them up in FLORIDA. She is a liar. Do not waste time with this company. Never experienced anything like this ever.

What an experience! First I booked with AT 123 and then another and another and then finally Alan Ortega finally got it done. It did cost much more than the other companies estimated but that is because they lied about the cost. Again than k you Alan Ortega and please if you need to ship a vehicle, just pay what ever this number says 1-888-550-5573 and save the headaches!
