The quote was exactly the amount due at delivery. In many cases the final price was 20% less than all other quotes. I was concerned about the job since it was quoted so less than other company quotes, but was very satisfied at final delivery. The driver was very good at texting us pick-up time and drove- off time.
I was very pleased with Navy Auto Transport and Joe who helped me get my vehicle to my new place. I was very pleased to know that Joe knew what he was talking about and was able to find someone to pick up my vehicle for a reasonable price. Thank you Joe and Navy Auto Transport. I will be using them again.
I had called multiple companies and chose one, but ended up regretting it very quickly. Luckily I had kept the Quote that was given to me by Vannessa over at Navy Auto Transport. She was very helpful. She helped me get my money back. I will be telling my friends about Navy Auto Transport and Vannessa.
Mario and Andy were a great help when it came time for me to move my car. They worked together well and kept me in the loop as to what was going on . My car got to me in time and they even called me afterwards to make sure that everything went well. I will be using Navy Auto Transport again. Thanks guys!!!
I spoke to Jim over at South Beach Transport and he explained everything from point A to point B and assured me that the transport would be easy going. And he was right. Best part if he was busy I could talk to Alan or vice versa. They are a great duo and made sure that I was satisfied with my decision to use them and their company. Great work Fellas.
I called South Beach Transport as a friend had told me about them and boy was she right. When she said that they have great team work with you she wasn't kidding. I spoke to Izzy and explained what I needed in regards to my transport and the time frame I was looking at and he did exactly that. Both Izzy and the Driver were very nice and kept me posted about the transport. Thanks Izzy and South Beach Transport. Great…
Laura was great with getting transport quote and follow through...the car was delivered a few days late after the shipper claimed that their truck broke down. The car was delivered in good condition with no body damage. Thanks Laura!
I am so glad that I went with Alan at South Beach Transport. I will be calling them again when it's time to go back home. Thanks Alan
I was nervous and skeptical about auto transporters in general. However, I did some basic research. The company was in business for several years and BBB had nothing negative. I was very pleased with the service. No gimmicks. Honesty was the key.
I need to ship my car and wasn't sure who to go with, but I got a call from Alex at South Beach Transport and I'm glad I went with them. Their service was excellent from the timing to the communication. The Driver was wonderful as well. I will be using them again.
My experience with Jackie over South Beach Transport was wonderful. She was always available no matter what time or day of the week. And no matter how many times I called with questions she was always there to answer them. Wonderful company to work with. Will use again.
I want to thank Nicole at South Beach Transport for all her work and being there me when I would call with my concerns. I will definitely be using South Beach Transport again. Thanks Nicole!!!!
I've transported many times before, but never to HI or Alaska so I wasn't sure how this would work. I put out a quote and little did I know that I would be called at all hours, but one company and it's rep really stood out. Nelson with South Beach Transport. Not only were they one of the first to contact me, but they have a no deposit upfront and that alone is a great deal. When I spoke to Nelson and explained how I…
I was looking to Transport my car because my job was moving me for a while. My friend recommended South Beach Transport and I'm glad she did. I called and spoke to Leo and he was beyond helpful. Not only was he understanding to my needs, but was available any time I called. Thanks!!
I have never transported before therefore I had no idea how the process works. All I knew is that I needed to move my car from a busy part to what some would consider a non active area. After talking to a company who promised that they would have my car picked up at what I thought was a great price.. I realized that I had been played. Not only did they lie about the price, but never answered my calls. Then Manny…
After being contacted by multiple companies I finally made my decision and went with David at South Beach Transport and it was best way to go. They got my Truck to me just in time and hassle free. Thanks.
I couldn't have gone with a better company then Navy Auto Transport. Mario Lopez did a fantastic job in transporting my pickup truck. He was not the lowest in price by any means but in this industry you get what you pay for, I know this from past experience. If you want your car transported the right way by the right company please contact Mario at Navy Auto Transport! He took care of me with amazing customer…
I heard every story in the book for 2 weeks about why the driver kept being late. From flat tires to driver getting inspected for 3 days to a 5 car pile up on the highway from another company. Leo called explained the how things really work and was honest about dates, price and driver. Same day picked up and 1 day early. really great service by Leo castillo [phone removed]
I just can't say enough good things about this company, this is the 2nd time I use South Beach. They really go the extra mile to offer me the best customer service!! Thank you Nelson Smith!!
