Karen did and excellent job in coordinating the scheduling and overall process. she made it easy for us to understand and was always available for any questions that we might have. the driver kept us aware of his pickup and delivery times well in advance of the pickup and delivery timing. overall, this was a very good experience for us.
The company is very reliable and organized. An issue happened the day of delivery and Scott resolved the issue and found me another carrier. I had nothing to worry about. Things were handled promptly and in a timely manner.

Montway Auto Transport picked up the vehicle ahead of schedule, It was delivered in the 5 days that they had told me that they would deliver. I called several time and the driver gave me updates on when and where they were as to getting to my location.
My vehicle was delivered. All was good except autos stored on over my car were for salvage and leaked oil all over my car. This also made any dirt stick to the oily areas.

Transport worked out well, though it was a week late in arriving. I did have to call driver to ask where the cars was, and he did tell me, but I was the one who had to contact him. He was however very polite and car came through fine.
