The drivers and customer service representatives called after 8pm and before 8am. They also expected pick-up/drop-off very late at night or very early in the morning. These are not usually the best times for me and it's hard to inspect a car for damage in the dark. There was not much flexibility. However everyone was very nice.

My car was picked up 6 days later than promised. Mike wouldn't answer calls or emails when I tried to find out where my vehicle was. In the end, I tried to let it go and I all I asked for was a receipt of the fees I paid. He couldn't even provide that to me. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't trust him to ship a bag of dogsh*t across the street. Just an overall horrid experience.

Part of a corporate relocation, they were hired to transport my vehicle. The vehicle was damaged for over $2,200, and they denied the claim, stating its normal wear and that the driver does not admit fault. They do not take liability for any damage, but try to pass it on to the driver, if the cannot, they will deny your claim. Beware of this company, they are just a broker that look for the cheapest driver.
