I was absolutely blown away by Montway! Great communication, prompt pickup within 2 days of booking. Car was delivered the next day after pickup from Colorado to Illinois! Arrived in same condition as pickup. I highly recommend Montway for your transport needs! A+++

My only problem was when I scheduled the pickup I specifically asked if the car should be emply. I was told it was ok to put things in the back as long as it was covered and tied. I did this and it cost me $200.00 extra. I was a bit upset but what could I do. The move cost a lot anyway and $200.00 is a lot for me.
There was an accident with the first truck, and within a day another one was dispatched. Very professional. The whole experience was stress free. I would recommend Iron Auto Transport, and Aaron as the representative.

My experience from start to finish was great. Montway kept me informed with timing and the status of identifying a carrier. Both Montway and the carrier, LM Trans Inc., kept me informed with timing pickup. There was an issue with the trailer breaking an axle, but I was kept up to speed with the updated timing.

Unfortunately, this is the worst company in the US for car shipment. They have very bad customer service and are totally unreliable for paying your claim. I got my car damaged and I filled a claim and they were very helpful initially approving my claim and they were welling to pay me for fixing the damage ($1400).
