My family and i had a family emergency (are car broke down!) and rather than have it towed...we decided to have it transported, it was picked up within a couple hours of placing the order!! I will definitely use them again!! The carrier was courteous and fast!! It was delivered the same day - thank you premier!!
Worked with Nelson Smith, Transport services were great will use and a definite recommendation
Was very easy going, very fast responses on emails and phone calls. Everyone knew what was going on. Picked up trucks very fast. Pleasure to deal with. Will definitely keep using you guys from now on.
Malia is simply the best I have ever dealt with. Thanks again, for turning what was a complete mess into the smoothest deal ever. You not only kept your word, you managed, somehow, to exceed every promise and/or expectation.
BEWARE!!!!!!! They represent that your car is covered for damage. Not the case at all. My car was damaged during shipping and the carrier they used did not have insurance. They represented that all their carriers are insured. I am out over $800 and all they tell me is they cant help. There are to many choices in the market to use a bad company like this DO NOT USE THEM
My job was moving me to a new location and at first i was told that it would not be for at least 4 months. Well the timeline was moved up big time. I was told i had 96 hours to get moving. Good thing i am single and no kids. I was at my wits end. i went to multiple websites looking for pricing. So I got a lot of emails and my phone blew up. The only person who cut through the mess was Nicole. She told me what i…
I need to transport my car like yesterday as I waited for the last minute thinking that being a FL route would be easy, but I was wrong. Everywhere I Called said I would have to wait, but not South Beach Transport. I called them and spoke to Nelson who did a great job in making sure that my vehicle was Transported as soon as possible. Nelson made me feel at ease. He called me within 5 hours of me talking to him and…
I had a last minute Move and needed my car shipped ASAP. I wasn't worried about the price so much as I was about the Quality and Rapid Service as I needed to leave over night and needed my vehicle to me by the next day at the latest. I put out a quote and decided to go with Alan and Jim at South Beach Transport. And I'm very happy I did. They were not only quick to answer all my questions, but got me a carrier in no…
I do car shows therefore I am always looking to ship my car, but this time I found a company that is amazing and has prompt service. I was put in contact with Leo at South Beach Transport as a friend had used them before. I was impressed with how quickly they call you back and all the customer service they have available to you as a customer. I will be using them again. Leo was great and prompt. Had my car picked up…
I was more then pleased with the job that Christy did in Transporting my vehicle. Not only did she get someone by the next day enclosed, but it arrived just in time.
I had just bought a brand new car from the dealership , but it was in Northern Florida and I'm in South Florida. I refused to go get the car and drive it back. A friend told me about Navy Auto Transport. So I gave them a call and I'm so happy I did. I spoke to a young lady name Vannessa who was better then I expected. As my friend had told me horror stories about other companies, but Navy Auto Transport and Vannessa…
I bought a car and it was not a working car, but after all the insane phone calls, text, and emails I decided to go with Nicole at South Beach. And boy am I glad I did. She wasn't the cheapest, but she was the one who told me how it all works from the beginning. I will letting my friends and family know about Nicole at South Beach Transport. Thanks.
My experience with Jackie over South Beach Transport was wonderful. She was always available no matter what time or day of the week. And no matter how many times I called with questions she was always there to answer them. Wonderful company to work with. Will use again.
