I had never shipped a vehicle before. So I was surprised when I was called, emailed and texted from everywhere. It was very overwhelming, but one company that stood out was South Beach Transport. They don't take any money upfront, while other companies were telling me that I had to give them my CC info over the phone. When I called I spoke to Leo who was very insightful and very nice about my lack of knowledge. The…
Communication with William was very cordial, open and honest. He took care to unload the vehicle and was concerned that I was completely satisfied with the delivery.
The service was professionl and he got the job done. They were significantly cheaper that the other but maintained professionalsis
I had my car shipped through these guys recently. At first, I was scared from the horror stories regarding shipping companies. I made sure to look through a review website (yelp) to find the most reputable place. The correspondence was excellent and Dale was on top of everything in terms of e-mails and advice. He was able to return all my questions. The person who picked up my car was very nice and put me at ease…
The process from start to finish was very fast. I obtained a quote online and was then contacted my someone over email about my request. Once I put the official request in (you don't pay yet... first step is requesting the pick-up date and info along with delivery address, etc.), I didn't hear back from Ship-a-car for the rest of the day. To my surprise, the shipping company that "took" my request from Ship-a-car…
No hassle shipping. They picked up the car as scheduled. Delivered it on schedule. The guys were friendly and careful with the car. I would definitely use the service again.

I bought a vehicle, but due to my schedule was not able to go and get it to drive it back home. So after a lot of research and a lot of dealing with scams. I called South Beach Transport and was connected with David. He was very responsive from the beginning. I explained my issue at hand and he made sure to find me a Carrier who would work with my schedule. My vehicle was picked up on time and it was delivered with…
I am so happy that I called South Beach Transport and spoke to Alex. He explained the process from A to Z. I was very skeptical at first even after he explained it all because the last time I used a Transport company it was not exactly the best experience, but all ended well. My vehicle got to me on time as well as picked up on time. Alex was very understanding and practically held my hand all the way through. I…

Angel's moving autos was very thorough. Miranda, form the office, made sure to check in and follow up during every step to make sure the car was picked up on time. Then after it was picked up, called to make sure the experience went without a hitch. Great customer service!
Top notch company with excellent customer service. I called my contact various times during the transport from South Florida to LA and within 5 minutes received exactly the status of where my shipment was. My vehicle arrived safe and sound earlier than was predicted. I would use this company again and again and recommend them to all.
