i primarily dealt with Natalie at South Beach Transport she was friendly and honest it did take a little bit of time to find a driver who could accommodate both my vehicle's 2012 Outback and 2007 Ridge line but after a week i was set up with my driver and i was kept informed by him and Natalie the whole time

My only problem was when I scheduled the pickup I specifically asked if the car should be emply. I was told it was ok to put things in the back as long as it was covered and tied. I did this and it cost me $200.00 extra. I was a bit upset but what could I do. The move cost a lot anyway and $200.00 is a lot for me.

Was happy with auto shipping group as the broker. Heidi was great. Was not too happy with FHT auto transport (the company that was selected to actually transport the car). They did not show up or call on the day they were supposed to pick up. Upon requesting info for updates they didn't provide any. Steve was rude on the phone. Also their driver stole something from the trunk.
