I can't speak highly enough of Ship a Car Direct and David Franco. David kept us constantly informed and was very helpful in answering every question. The company he engaged, Ace Auto Trans, was excellent in every respect.
Everything went smooth. Emily was great to work with and always took our pHone calls if we had questions or concerns. The driver was nice and communicate well. Best part was he showed up for delivery much earlier that anticipated. The only small criticism would be that the truck was not booked until close to the last pick up availability, but it was still within the window so I can't fault them much at all.
Angela was knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. She arranged an enclosed transport through Kwik and they were courteous and prompt on delivery. I had never shipped a car before so it was nerve-wracking in the beginning while I was doing research, but all worked out great with Ship a car direct from a value and delivery perspective! Thanks

Overall, I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct. Matt was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. My pickup and deliveries were both on time. If I ever have to ship my car from one coast to the other, I will definitely give Ship a Car Direct a call.
This is my 4th time using Ship-A-Car Direct. This is a very professional organization especially working with Emily. My four times working with her is as good as it gets. It appears the Drivers are well vetted. Nice guys who do a good job. You don't need to go any further investigating Carriers like I did prior to using Ship-A-Car- Call Emily.
Bruce did an excellent job of explaining all facets of transportation for my vehicle, including process of how a carrier can be chosen, as well as my right to choose. Karen did and excellent job in coordinating the scheduling and overall process. she made it easy for us to understand and was always available for any questions that we might have. the driver kept us aware of his pickup and delivery times well in advance of the pickup and delivery timing. overall, this was a very good experience for us.
The company is very reliable and organized. An issue happened the day of delivery and Scott resolved the issue and found me another carrier. I had nothing to worry about. Things were handled promptly and in a timely manner.
