I picked this company because of Bobby West's (VP Sales) professional explanation of the shipping process. Very thorough and professional...with a million shippers trying to get my business, he struck me as the most sincere and trustworthy. He was there every step of the way, always taking my call and informing me of the progress as my car worked its way 3000 miles cross country. Because I live on a military post…
I was very hesitant to book with any of the transport companies having never shipped a car before. Tanya was honest, helpful, and always a phone call away. Great service and the truck showed up in great shape. I would recommend this company to anyone. Just know that you are paying the transport company one fee and will need to have cash for the driver.
The transporter was on time, pleasant to deal with, and a complete professional. He took excellent care of our vehicle.
With a week notice, Montway did all I could ask for in scheduling the pick-up and delivery. I would use them again!
It's hard to trust in a company that is not local & a business that we've never dealt with before. Autostar's customer service was very attentive and professional. Pick up trucking company was thorough and honest. Tracking number was good to have. Whenever we had a question, we were able to get a customer service rep or a return phone call in a timely fashion. We received emails to update the car's status. The only…
Pickup from Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills was very prompt and the delivery was 1 day sooner than initially promised! Driver kept in contact ahead of time and arrived at the drop off spot about 1 hour early. The driver was very careful during the unloading process as well in order to not scrape the bumper. Excellent job!
Blossom Quality Logistics (Truck Driver).......Alex did an exceptional job getting my car to me. The timing was out of whack because of snow storm. Obviously, not anything Alex or Blossom had control over. Alex was a real professional. When i met him to pick up my car........he was friendly, with big smile, and seemed eager to make me happy about our business together. Conversing with him during his transit from…
I called true price transport to move a heavy piece of equipment from TN to WV, under poor weather conditions. The excavator was delivered on time with sub-zero temperature and over a foot of snow. Charles was always available to answer questions and help with scheduling the move. I will call in the future true price transport for all my carrier needs.
This is the 2nd time i ship with South Beach, Nelson Smith was my agent this time. I found him to be very helpful, and always reachable. I like that there's no payment until I receive the car in Dallas...but most of all i appreciate that the car is picked up and delivered when they said it would!! Ive dealt with other companies in the past that make all kinds of empty promises and false guarantees...but ive NEVER…
Prompt pick up and great communication. Was a welcome and reassuring transition after diasastourous experience with another prior trucking transport company.
It is in general a positive experience where customer service was prompt and got the deal settled fast. The driver, once dispatched, was reachable by phone. Car got to the destination on time, in good condition. A couple of points to mention: Montway assigned the transportation to a carrier that I did not know ahead of time- the driver was not clear on the exact pick-up time, so I had to wait from morning to…
I was a bit skeptical at first but pricing and delivery were great. Driver was very nice. Delivery was on time and communication was good. I will definitely use them again in the future. Great company.
I was very concerned about shipping my car from NY to AZ, especially when I realized that I would be dealing with a broker which means that the actual shipping would be farmed out to a third party. Eric walked me through every step in the process and was up front and honest the whole way. In the end, everything went as smooth as silk. We had a couple of change-ups regarding pickup and drop-off dates and locations…
We live in CA and purchased a new car online from a dealer in VA. We handled bringing the car out to CA ourselves instead of the dealer (we were able to save some money doing it ourselves), so we checked out a few transportation brokers and vehicle transporter companies on line and decided to go with Ship A Car Direct because of their reviews, and also because of there detailed website. We liked how they told you…
Get It Done Transport did an excellent job transporting my daughter's 2007 Honda from Phoenix, AZ to Henerico, VA. They were on time to pick up the car and it was on time getting to our home. I had originally planned to fly out to Phoenix and we were going to drive back to VA but we had a family emergency and had to cancel the plans and my daughter had to be back in town immediately for a funeral. Every thing worked…
I used Ship a Car Direct to move my BMW from Minneapolis to Charlotte. This was the first time I was moving my car using a carrier so I was nervous about the whole ordeal. On top of that, I am new in US and this was my first car so add that too it but boy they did an awesome job of handling everything right from the first contact when I raised a quote to the delivery. Ship a Car Direct rep Emily was honest about…
I had used Joe at Dynamic Auto Movers previously to ship two of my other vehicles when I relocated to Colorado from Texas, so he was my first call when I needed to ship my mother's 2015 Fiat 500c. Joe definetely goes out of his way to insure that his customers are taken care of. I've used Dynamic before and I will certainly use them in the future.
Everything was great and on time.
After being stuck and given the run around by different companies SBS contacted me and within 2 days my vehicle was picked up and in transit. They explained the process and everything went as planned.Company of integrity. Thanks Again
