This is my second time using Direct Express Auto Transport service. Truck driver was very nice and professional. The only reason the delivery was late was due to an unforseable 2 flat tires on the truck, ETA was 2/13 and vehicle arrived 2/16. A+ will use them on any auto transport needs and will let all my freinds know they are the ones to use.

Was happy with both Robert the agent and Robert2 the driver. Robert was very responsive to my anxieties by calling and texting me continuously. He was very honest with me which was a breath of fresh air. Robert2 the driver was 20 years experienced and very nice and qualified. Got my car across the country in 5 dsys. Great experience.

Booked with another company. they could not find me a truck. Had really tight delivery schedule. i had been told a cheap price by them. Then they raised it and nothing. I called and emailed Nicole. She found me a truck in 48 hours. The price she told me was it. I should have saved myself 2 weeks of headache if I had gone through south beach transport first. thanks.
